And when we reach 80 years, we are 90% to be affected!
Most of us remain passive before the problem worsening.

But think a moment to the happiness of power:
•remain in your seat during a session of cinema... without having to get up once.
•A night full of deep sleep, without be woken repeatedly by a pressing need.
And that is why I have decided today to address the natural trails to find a normal ability to urinate.
Beware of the "solutions" of conventional medicine
Medicine offers two classes of drugs, against prostate problems. Neither one nor the other is satisfactory.
The difficulty of urination which appears in men with age is caused by swelling of the prostate, a gland located under the bladder, and through which passes the evacuation of urine, urethra channel.
With age, prostate swells and, often, compressed this channel, preventing the bladder to empty properly, giving men an extremely unpleasant and almost, impression of wanting to urinate, without ever really able to relieve. Is not only an impression, remaining actually partially filled bladder.
To combat this phenomenon, the modern medicine has had two "light": ideas
•the first, lower the blood pressure in the prostate to reduce pressure on the urethra and thus free the passage of urine. This effect is achieved with a drug well known for lowering blood pressure, alpha blockers. The result, as everyone can imagine, is that, while the urine passes better, but it is all daily life which can be disrupted by this chemically induced voltage drop. Dizziness, lack of energy and, of course, sexuality in Bern, the drop in blood pressure causes additional difficulties of erection, at an age where it is not necessarily necessary to add;
•The second are products that prevent the testosterone, the primary male hormone, to transform into dihydrotestosterone, another hormone that including inflate the prostate. The idea, there may also be "brilliant", and it is indeed effective, except that as you could imagine also, dihydrotestosterone has many other functions in your body than to inflate your prostate... If you decrease the level, you will see all kinds of unfortunate, including sexual disorders also but even more serious effects, increase the risk of aggressive cancer of the prostate, those who are the most difficult to treat.
Apparently, everything it offers is to choose between... the plague and cholera.
"Everything"? Not quite
Researchers who look further than the end of their nose fortunately decided to tackle the problem.
They tried to understand what are the root causes of the swelling of the prostate (a phenomenon that does not have the official medicine), and find cures that have meaning, for true efficiency.
And the good news is that we have one of them, Thierry Souccar France.
For those who do not know, Thierry is specialized for 25 years in nutrition and he is the author, with the lawyer Isabelle Robbard, the bestselling " health lies and propaganda ". (1)
He worked in connection with the biggest names of the nutrition for the biology of aging and natural medicine of advanced. Including double award Nobel Linus Pauling, Professor Walter Willett, Director of the school of public health from Harvard; academic research teams of the University Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, from Tufts University, the University of Texas and French teams, in particular the research unit Inserm of Professor Etienne-Emile Baulieu.
He has also written thousands of articles in the mainstream press (Le Nouvel Observateur, science & future), and participated in numerous radio and television broadcasts aimed at a wide audience (including Special Envoy )).
On the question of the swelling of the prostate - called in science language "benign prostate hyperplasia", or BPH - he has conducted in-depth research on the causes and effective remedies validated by scientific research, that we published in our monthly folders Health Nature Innovation collection.
The nutritional causes of prostate problems
To go straight to the point, should know that the prostate swells when you have low testosterone, too much dihydrotestosterone, and too much estradiol, a female hormone that men produce yet in small amounts when they are young, but more and more with time, especially if they take the weight (the estradiols are manufactured in adipose tissue).
However, here's what scientific research have been:
•people who eat a lot of omega-3 have a higher rate of dihydrotestosterone. However, you have retained that have a lot of dihydrotestosterone increases the risk of swelling of the prostate. It would therefore be one of the only cases where eat too much omega-3 could be detrimental to your health: a study in Greece has shown that the consumption of olive oil is on the other hand favourable, and lowered the risk of BPH. (1)
•A Japanese study has shown that the consumption of dairy products increased prostate problems; (2)
•An Italian study showed that regular consumption of soup, cooked vegetables, legumes (beans, peas, beans, lentils) and citrus reduces the risk of surgery for BPH. (3)
•In a large U.S. study, people who ate more fruits and vegetables rich in carotenoids (orange or red pigments), vitamin C and polyunsaturated fats had less risk of BPH. (4)
•Except strong alcohols, drinks such as wine and beer are almost always associated with a decrease in the risk of BPH. (5)
•Thin people and eat little were less likely than others to be affected by BPH. (6)
Now, if you are already hampered by your prostate, you might be interested in the taking of natural food supplements:
Effective natural supplements
Let's start with the natural remedy known against prostate problems: the dwarf Palm. (from Florida).
It is a traditional remedy that was used by the Seminole Indians (South Florida), for this specific use. Numerous studies have confirmed that the extract of the fruit of the dwarf Palm was effective. However, some doubt was sown recently by studies which have had conflicting results. For this reason, the dwarf Palm is still widely advised on countless sites Internet, including the most serious, but Thierry Souccar, him, is not recommended. (7)
The root of nettle: several studies have found that the extract of nettle root improves urinary symptoms and one study showed a decrease in the volume of prostate. (8)
The seeds of lins (but not flaxseed oil) : extract of flaxseed rich in Lignans improved urinary symptoms in a study controlled 87 volunteers; (9)
The plum of Africa (Pygeum africanum): on the basis of a small number of studies of moderate reliability, can expect an improvement in symptoms with the taking of an extract from Plum of Africa. (10)
Pollen extracts : the Cernilton is a dietary supplement based on extracts of pollen. Studies conducted by the manufacturer suggest that the Cernilton improved the symptoms of BPH. (11)
If none of these remedies work
If none of these remedies work, the situation is not hopeless.
You can still try the Red Maca, selenium, lycopene and soy isoflavones. In fact, if this topic really interests you and you want to know everything, including dosages and the best sources for each of these products, my best advice is to subscribe to Health Nature Innovation, our monthly publication on subscription.
The price is extremely low and you immediately combination, because you will receive (among others) as a gift of welcome the complete file on the " take control of your prostate " prostate, which shows you the supplements to try, what you will save time and money.
