Menopause.

Menopause is by far the most difficult to live for women, after the crisis of the quarantine. Why? Perhaps because it puts an end to the reproductive life of women thus lost its status as a wife and mother. See in detail what actually is menopause, symptoms and its treatments.

What is menopause
Menopause is the time of life where our ovaries eventually stop producing the hormones that allow us to become pregnant. It is therefore a forced passage that is often preceded by what is called the premenopausal, history of being well prepared the day J. In Premenopausal, ovaries began to operate at idle, which disrupts the secretion of hormones. For us women, this means already mood swings, weight gain, menstrual disorders, vaginal droughts and the famous hot flashes. Menopause occurs in general to the fifty - premenopausal approximately 2 to 7 years before - and is characterized by the total absence of rules for at least 12 months.

A simple idea about food.

As everything has already been said about the food and the plans, I decided that I do not make me in the fight.

And "to force with force" to observe veterans...

I saw an idea to escape the melee:

The good food, it is one that is good for the body and for the morale.

If you follow a diet that makes you suffer, mentally or physically, you are on the wrong track.

Your aim must be to make feel you good at the end of every meal. If you feel congested, vaguely disgusted, with a beginning of evil skull and a strong desire to sleep, you did probably not ate as needed.

Conversely, if you feel hungry and in a bad mood, it is not good sign not more...

This habit of 51% increases your risk of depression.

A new study led by scientists from the universities of Granada and Las Palmas (Spain) has established a link between fast-food consumption and the risk of depression.

Published in the journal Public Health Nutrition, this study reveals that consumers of fast food have a risk 51% higher than to suffer from depression than those who did eat little.

In addition, the researchers found that the risk increases with the amount: "you go to the fast food, higher your risk of depression," said Almudena Sanchez-Villegas, Director of the study.

Industrial pastry involved also

These results must be taken seriously. They are consistent with the results obtained in 2011 by the SUN Project (1), published in the medical journal PloS Oneonline. The risk of depression observed was 42% higher in people consuming fast food. 12 059 people had followed for more than six months, which guarantees the reliability of the results.

Similar results were observed for consumption of industrial pastries (Donuts, pastries, cakes...). "Even the consumption of small amounts was put in relation to more serious risks of depression," according to the Director of the study.

Foods that go right to your brain.

Some foods - such as French fries - seem to go right in the thighs, buttocks, and belly fat.

But others are going right to the brain and improve intellectual abilities: better memory, better concentration, speed and decision making.

A study published in January in the journal Neurology shows that people who eat foods tend to have a larger and more efficient brain. And the most beautiful: this effect was observed in the elderly (75-90 years) and beyond.

Then if you have in your entourage of seniors who wish to retain all their mental faculties, or if you want to live long with a brain in full working order, here are the foods you need to eat:

The mad adventure of a rib steak fries through your body.

"You dig your grave with your teeth", we repeat the new Puritans who wish to prevent us from enjoying life.

In fact, eating is obviously there is best for health. This is our only way to bring essential nutrients to our body. And today, instead of speaking about the benefits of broccoli, Parton travel along your digestive system, to understand how you can help your body to take advantage at most good things that you eat.

What is digestion?

From the mouth to the anus, the intestinal track resembles a string of disassembly of 8 to 9 meters long. The food arrived full on one side, and unusable waste are rejected on the other. The way nutrients are extracted from food and absorbed by blood the needs of the body. This process is called digestion (when the string is wrong, this is called... indigestion!).

A superb way to steal your money.

A superb way to steal your money.
A superb way to steal your money.
The European society of Cardiology calls for EU governments to overtax the products rich in sugar, saturated fat and salt.

They say, in an article published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology, that binding measures (taxes, prohibitions, regulations, subsidies for agricultural products) would allow the authorities of " halving the number of deaths related to cardiovascular in Europe ". (1)

According to the newspaper Le Figaro, " the perspective advanced by scientists are tempting because cardiovascular disease are 4.3 million deaths in Europe and 147.000 in France each year. . »

Tempting? Yes, especially for politicians who need your money;

The real motivation behind these new taxes

"The art of taxation consists of plumer goose to get the most feathers with the least possible of calls", said Colbert, Finance Minister of Louis XIV.
